Paint ‘N Sip Holiday Edition

Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free -Jim Morrison

Hey Beauties;

The holiday season is upon us and the search is on for that perfect gift for those special persons surrounding us. I hope this time allows us to reflect on the beauty of life and how wonderful it is to be completing another year.

As I countdown to my 30th Birthday I wanted to really part take in an event that I have been seeing increase in popularity for the past year or so, I wanted the therapeutic feeling and at the end to look at something I had created from scratch. The event of choice was a Paint ‘N Sip party hosted by IslandStrokes at 100 Hope Road Jamaica .–jamaica.html

I was fortunate enough to share this moment with a very good friend more like a sister  of mine.

Brainstorming her ideas.😉 🙄🙄

Taking a few seconds to smile at the camera,in the midst of blending up a storm.

I would certainly recommend this as a holiday gift for anyone , a date night event, a girls night out or just a moment in time when relaxation is needed.

Showing of our finished masterpieces.

The experience was one in a million and I would certainly give it another go in the future. Let me know if any of you guys have done this before and what was your experience.

Thank You for Stopping by, have a blessed holiday. 🤗🤗😍😚

Love Denique.

    That quote by Morrison is life.”Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power” #YAS. Art IS indeed therapeutic but I am a bit confused. What did you fear? Doing art?

      At one point Self-Expression and societies views on perfection,Art was being used in this context as a medium of comparison with life and what is seen through ones eye and that feel of total peace/relaxation when those barriers are broken when you decide to just be yourself.
