So today in the kitchen I decided to prepare a tropical smoothie for lunch it’s quick and easy and can be incorporated daily in anyone’s routine, you can alternate the fruits to allow it to become more personalized to your taste or whatever fruits that might be readily available.
One thing about a smoothie is that it can be prepare in just under 10 mins, and if you’re always on the go its always good to have ingredients that can be easily combined.After hearing all the raves about the Nutribullet, I invested in one in 2016 and let me tell you its one of the best choices towards my health that i have ever made. So whether your up for a smoothie or juice that is for detoxing , refueling, breakfast, lunch or dinner the Nutribullet can make it.
Yield 2-3 servings
Preparation time ( approximately 7mins or less if fruits are pre prepped)
1 cup soy milk or 2 scoops of soy powder (milk of choice)
1cup water ( only if using soy powder)
1/2 ripe mango
1/2 ripe papaya
2 cups ice
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Cantaloupe
Place all ingredients in a blender/Nutribullet, blend for atleast 2 minutes until properly pureed.
